Jason santos is a Ph.D. candidate and a Teaching Fellow in Practical Theology at Princeton Theological Seminary. Currently, hes the Theologian-in-Residence at YouthFront, a national youth ministry organization based in Kansas City, KS. He is the author of A Community Called Taiz: A Story of Prayer, Worship and Reconciliation (InterVarsity Press, 2008, forward by Archbishop Desmond Tutu). He speaks both in the US and internationally on topics ranging from youth and childrens ministry and popular culture to contemplative spirituality and alternative worship. He currently resides in Seattle, WA with his wife, Shannon, his ten-year-old son, Judah, newborn son, Silas, and their labrador and two exotic hybrid cats.
Jason santos will be the keynote speaker at the all-day event: Children and the Church: Practice, Practice, Practice. He will present two keynote addresses entitled: Monkey See Monkey Do: A Childs Spiritual Formation and Monastic Youth Ministry: Spiritual Practices for Todays Youth.
