Importance of roles and responsibilities How important is it
for the Service Bureau to manage their client and their
expectations of the middleware? Would you say it is important that
the Service Bureau be fully vested in both Infinity and so they can
manage the sync program more effectively with their clients?
Evaluating operational processes Have you had to make adjustments
or process changes with existing payroll clients to begin using the
middleware? Have you established a standard protocol for migrating
existing payroll clients onto InfinityHR who will be utilizing
integration? Do you go through a discovery process to determine if
a client would be a good fit for InfinityHR and the middleware? How
to stay competitive What are 3 competitive advantages of using the
middleware? What is the most important attribute in positioning the
middleware in the sales process? Help identify ways to make the
integration better How would you improve the middleware onboarding
process? What would you have liked to see? What was missing? Do you
consider there to be any gaps with the data that syncs or how the
tool functions? Roundtable Questions
