price of computing and the rapid replacement of bookstores by eBooks. The days of textbooks are numbered.

The Challenge

How can we make the traditional worksheet both better and functional?

• Interactive content – not just something to read.

Office gives some unique opportunities for interactive documents

Limitation – Windows only, laptop only.Uniformity of devices is disappearing

Mobile Challenge

• Cross platform, multiple form factor. apple, windows, android, blackberry, ...

HTML5 waxing

• Web browser is only reliable cross platform device. HTML5 becoming universal.

Google Docs

Google docs offers shareable features but it is not cross platform really.

It has become Google Drive

Google forms

Google forms on the other hand hold a definite prospect.

• Can present video and audio• Can receive information• Offers question format – multichoice etc.• Responses can be collected for assessment.• Sizes for a variety of devices.
