IMCASPARIS 2017
WELCOME
Dear Colleagues,
2017 is fast approaching and we are already looking forward to the weekend at the end of January when the medical aesthetic industry will officially enter the New Year with the opening of the 19th IMCAS Annual
World Congress.
The congress is an unmissable event for plastic surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners the whole world over and we are thrilled that you are considering being a part of it. Attending the IMCAS Annual World Congress is a richer, more immersive
learning experience than any other in the industry. More than 6500 participants, 500 expert speakers and 200 exhibiting companies are what will make this gathering of the greatest minds in medical aesthetics a landmark event, setting the bar for the rest of the industry in 2017.
The scientific program for 2017 has been carefully crafted to incorporate all aspects of plastic surgery, dermatology and medical aesthetic practice. Essential topics such as body and face surgery, injectables, suspending devices, clinical dermatology and lasers will all be covered over the course of the four days. We strive year after year to expand the scope of the field to include sessions in cosmeceuticals, hair restoration, ethnic morphologies and professional business in order to reflect the breadth and complexity of our field. As those that have come before it, this 19th edition of the IMCAS World Congress will open with a bang with the world-famous Cadaver Workshop via live stream for the most in-depth, detailed insights into procedures and complications.
The best thing about an IMCAS congress is that it’s your congress to design. Our sessions span eight rooms simultaneously, in addition to our exhibition of major industry players over two floors. Choose the sessions that interest you most and tailor your learning to suit you and your practice.
Those of you who are familiar with IMCAS will know that no congress passes us by without ample opportunity to network, socialize and celebrate our industry in more informal surroundings. We hope to see you expanding your professional network at our Networking Cocktail or better still, throwing yourself into our themed Gala Dinner.
We once again extend the warmest of welcomes to all of our colleagues, both new and returning.
The IMCAS Annual World Congress Scientific Board
Redefining beauty:redefining learning
Since the launch of the IMCAS Academy e-learning platform last year, IMCAS has expanded far beyond the limits of a four-day congress. As the most advanced e-learning platform dedicated solely to plastic surgery and dermatology, IMCAS Academy offers all subscribers the opportunity to catch up with congress content and access new content every month by participating in our live stream webinars. With this tool at your disposal, high-quality academic learning can now be done anywhere, at any time.
