Keep it real and get fit in half the
time!
Tabata training is a high-intensity interval
training workout. Tabata is a great way
to get a quick workout into your day.
Choose one of two sessions, then spend
the rest of the afternoon enjoying other
games and sporting activities.

The art of Drawing With Nikki Green
Take home a legit work of art
Learn choice drawing techniques, from
squiggly line art to nature rubbings and
stamped impressions. Using charcoal,
pencils, markers and crayons create an
art piece and an awesome memory of

Meet our 4YOUTH facilitators:
Andrea Buckland has been crafting most of her life and enjoys teaching people
of all ages to be creative. She recently moved to Denmark with her husband and
is enjoying becoming part of the craft community. Teaching young people is one
of her passions.
NIKKI GREEN is an experienced teaching artist with a degree in Fine Art and a
Graduate Diploma in secondary Art teaching. For the last 10 years, Nikki has
been running educational programs for primary and secondary students in
Western Australia. She is passionate about engaging young in the natural
environment through the arts and is currently running the Visual Art Courses
offered at South Regional TAFE (Denmark Campus). Samples of her work and
educational projects can be viewed on Nikki’s website: www.nikkigreen.com.au

Zak Launey Zak’s talents include Capoeira the Afro-Brazilian martial art and
Parkour the French street gymnastics, running, climbing and jumping also known as ‘Free G’. Zak has trained with the WA Capoeira federation and has attended circus training including the Lunar Circus School. Zak has an extensive teaching background including refuges, youth and children in remote aboriginal communities.
LANA MOSS has been practicing origami for over six years. Lana
creates greeting cards, decorations and paper art under her business
name of Paper Mountains Origami. As a qualified origami instructor
with the Nippon Origami Association, Lana loves to share the joy of
paper folding through workshops and group lessons.
KYM HOUSE from Little Villain Foods, prepares meals solely with wholesome
gluten free ingredients. She feels that food is simply something to be enjoyed
amongst friends and family and that young people should be a part of this too!
Food is a huge part of Kym’s ability to be social and something she enjoys. She
hopes to help the participants gain some confidence and new skills to be able to
prepare something they can be proud of!
POORNARTI TOURS Joey has been a cultural advisor in the Great Southern Region
Of Western Australia for many years and has had a strong and varied involvement
in the arts, schools and within his community. He has been a cultural educator and
art lecturer at TAFE for nine years and has been instrumental in fusing the
reconciliation process throughout communities in the region.
Catherine has worked in the arts, community services and conservation and is
currently a mentor for Noongar youth.
