Tender Notice for Annual Rate Contract for supply of stationeryitems and IT consumables

Sealed tenders are invited from registered and reputed agen-cies/suppliers for supplying stationery items and IT consumables tothe head Office Srinagar and Branch Office in Jammu for the year2019-20.

Interested firms/agencies/suppliers having experience of sup-plying stationery items and IT consumables can download the ten-der documents, details of items along-with detailed terms and con-ditions from office website "agjk.nic.in" or can collect the same till12.00 PM up to 25/03/2019 From Administration-Ill section atSrinagar Office. The duly completed tender documents should besubmitted in the drop box kept at Admn-lll section at Srinagar officeby or before 2 pm of 08/04/2019. The tenders will be opened inpresence of all the interested bidders who wish to be present at 5PM on 09/04/2019 in the office chamber of Sr. Dy. AccountantGeneral (Admn), at Head Office Srinagar. The rates should be quot-ed against the items detailed in Annexure-I(A),I(B) for SrinagarOffice) & Annexure-II(A),II(B) for Jammu Office and should be peritem for Jammu and Srinagar Offices separately and should beinclusive of all taxes and charges. The Accountant General (Audit)reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders withoutassigning any reasons thereof.

The Tentative quantity required is indicated in Annexure 1(a),1(b) & 2(a), 2(b). The number of items to be purchased is tentative.This office does not give any guarantee of minimum purchase.
