YMCA Logistics • Meals:
– Lunches and dinners are in the Long’s Peak Lodge Diamond Combo Room (aka. our meeting space).
– Sunday breakfast (optional) is in the Aspen Dining Hall. You will need a meal card for this. Ilana will distribute these with your room keys on Saturday.
– Please let those with special dietary restrictions have priority to gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan options.
• Room Check-in:
– Melissa and Ilana will hand out room keys at 4:45 pm on Saturday
– You will be sharing rooms (4-5 people).
– There are only 1-2 keys for each room. You are encouraged to exchange phone numbers or formulate some other plan to share room keys.
• Room Check-out:
– Please collect your belongings and leave your rooms by 8:40 am on Sunday.
– Return keys to Melissa and Ilana in our meeting space before 9 am on Sunday.
– Do NOT bring keys to the YMCA reception or leave them in your room.
• Going Home:
– The Colorado College van will depart at 3:45 pm; all others will follow at 4 pm.
– Please find your van driver waiting for you where you were dropped off.
– Be sure to collect all of your belongs before heading out to the vans.

Lunches and dinner will be in our meeting space at the Long’s Peak Lodge. Sunday
breakfast will be held in the Aspen Dining Room. All meals will be buffet style with ample vegetarian options, and limited
vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free options.
