Simple Physical Topologies Physical topology: physical layout(التصميم الشكلي)
of nodes on a network
Three fundamental shapes:
Bus
Ring
Star
May create hybrid(هجين) topologies
Topology integral to type of network, cabling infrastructure, and transmission media used
