sists of workshops, PARTICIPANT QUOTES speakers, committee work, field trips and social events.

Record Books– Due November 1st! 5th-12th Graders Record books are essentially a “yearbook” created every year by 4-H members to sum
up and keep track of their 4-H careers through pictures, records, newspaper clippings,
awards, etc. While there are some forms to complete in order to create a complete rec-
ord book, the majority of the experience is up to you and how creative or in depth you
want to get in sharing your 4-H experiences.
Here is the link to the record book forms for anyone to get started on their record books:
http://www.extension.iastate.edu/union/news/4-h-record-keeping
Record books are due to the extension office by Tuesday, November 1st. Record books will be
judged and awards given at our annual 4-H awards ceremony to be held in January.
I would be happy to help anyone out with their record book if you need it!
Just call the office and we can set up a time!
