Great for men or woman.Supplies You Bring:3, 4, 5 or 6mm beads your choice.I used 3mm here and is nice and dainty but I also made one with 6mm metal beads and that is great for a man.Just because I used metal beads doesn’t mean you have to, I think fire polish beads or round beads would work great in this. The bead count I give is for a 6.5” bracelet
