Step 3: Set Up Your AlertsNextBus offers a variety of alerts to meet your needs. Choose to receive alerts via e-mail, text message, or pop-ups in your computer’s browser window. Visit http://nextbus.com. Click My NextBus in the left-hand navigation. Click Create a new login and complete the form. Follow the instructions to set up your alerts. You

can create several different alerts to meet yourspecific needs, and you can name alerts so thatyou can keep track of them. Simply log in at a latertime to edit or delete alerts.

Try immediate alerts when you need tocatch a bus soon - for example, receive ane-mail when the next bus is 3 minutesaway. These are one-time alerts.Try scheduled alerts if your travel fits apattern - for example, receive a textmessage every day you take the bus to arecurring meeting.
