Advantages • Class size not a prohibitive factor in language course offering
• Interactive exchanges for language, culture & geography classes with foreign schools
• Teacher & student level global collaborations
• Entire CCSD school population may participate in language program of their choice, not limited the offerings of the school they are zoned for
• Can take multi-languages without interfering with CCSD curriculum requirements

Conclusion
Opening with a foundation in Global Studies & Languages, Legacy High School began offering more choices in foreign
languages than any high school in the state of Nevada, however, economic and outdated delivery systems
restricted number of languages offered.
The current proposal, by adapting technology to further the mission as well as interacting with educational
institutions around the world can return Legacy to being a national leader in language offerings, as well as fulfills the
