Relay De-Energized
When de-energized, the control panel is not changing the relay’s state so the “switch” remains in the NC (Normally Closed) position.
Relay Energized
When energized, the control panel changes the relay’s state so the switch’s contacts are drawn together and the Common and the NO (Normally Open) connect to complete the circuit.

Connecting to the Panel To reach the login screen, in the web browser’s address box, type
in the default address of the NetAXS-123 panel: https:\\192.168.1.150
Enter “admin” for the User Name, and then enter “admin” for the Password and click login. Note that both fields are case-sensitive.
