ETA Technical Assistance• Focused on developing new sector strategies partnerships,
expanding and sustaining existing ones, and overall scaling up effectiveness and impact.
• The first year of the initiative saw a number of accomplishments:– More than 3,000 workforce professionals took part in TA events.– Average positive response rate across all events: over 80%.– 100% of the Capacity Building cohort sites identified making at least
moderate progress over the course of the project. 67% indicated they made "significant Progress."
