Dear Sir/Madam:
I have been working as a Fitness trainer for three years now and am fortunate enough to have a loyal steady client base. I have been working from other people's Fitness Centre's since the start and now feel the time is right to work from my own Centre.
My existing class numbers range from 10- 15 members at one time and myself being the only staff member.
My Class times are Monday to Friday mornings 0900-0945 Then 1000-1045 I believe a fifteen-minute gap in these class times will aid car parking congestion during normal business hours for neighboring businesses and allow for a clean-up and preparation for the next class.
Evening classes will be at 1730-1830, 1830-1930 then 1930-2030
As my existing clientele have been partaking in my classes for some time, this has seen an increase of carpooling during the week as they often like to travel in together. This has been advantageous due to the limited parking available in the previous Centre's I have been working from. Another reason for choosing this unit is its close proximity to many of my client's homes. So as a fitness trainer I will encourage them to walk in whenever possible.
