My dear Papa I have been a letterwritting ^ for Wash. ThePony is getting very tamewe put him in the sheepyard plesent day’s I alwayslead him to the Barnnights and put his halteron in the yard. The snow is most all gonehere now. I should liketo see you very muchdo not you think thad youcan come home this sum-mer. Wash and I wntwent to the store atGreen depot to buysome things for Gran-I mamma ina wagon.

Chancy is playingwith Jonny in the backroom; Chancy says wateJonny. I will enclose aletter to go to Cpt. Pearson’swater. Grace went to Far-mington a week ago yesterd-ay. I led my Pony towater this after noon.There is water in the tub now From your affectionate son Guy
