Metsi Group has factories in Finland (HQ), Lithuania and Estonia. We focus on industrial machine manufacturing and production of non-standard regular/stainless steel welded and cnc machined components.
Our competences are in Mechanical, Electric and Logic assemblies and manufacturing.
Metsi Group’s main mission as a producer’s of low quantity production, is to be as versatile and flexible as possible, in result providing short delivery time and at the same time – lower costs.
To achieve this, we understand that modern machinery is necessary. For this reason we invest more than 300 thousand Euro per year into a new machinery, mainly cnc milling machines.
Despite having to work with very short lead times, we understand, that quality is the most important factor. This is why every single produced part and assembled machine is fully inspected and tested in Metsi before leaving the factory.

100 people are currently employed in Metsi Group - 80 in
production and 20 in for sales, production planning,
purchasing and engineering.
The total space of the factories is approximately 15000
square meters with over 80 different types of machines,
of which 30 are programmable (cnc).
The total revenue of Metsi Group in 2016 is estimated to
be over 9 M Eur. Rapid growth of almost 85% per year,
with yearly investments of more than 300 000 EUR.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
100% of the components we produce are inspected by the final quality control department before leaving the factory.
Every single inspected item is registered and measurement report is issued if it is required by the client.
Every employee is required to measure the dimensions after they complete their appointed task plus visual inspection.
Every measuring tool and equipment in the factory is calibrated every 6 months and given an expiration day.
The final quality of the production is heavily influenced by the communication between the partners.
Therefore, we put an extreme emphasis to having every production uncertainty sorted and risk removed before shipping the final product to the client.
