1. Trio of Fish Baht 450+

Salmon and Dory fish fillets cooked in three distinct ways to create a

unique dish. An Indian by Nature signature!

2. Crab Masala Baht 450+

Sea crab gently simmered with aromatic spices dressed with an onion

and tomato gravy and finished with a dash of cream.

3. Bengal Seafood Delight Baht 380+

A recipe from the Bengal state of India, made with prawns, fish &

calamari braised to perfection in a luscious turmeric infused mustard-

based gravy.

4. Biryani Cataplana – (Serves two) Baht 550+

Seafood biryani with prawns, fish and calamari. Served in a cataplana

dish.

5. Samundri Rock Lobster Salad Baht 400+

Asparagus and coconut salad with rock lobster morsels served with a

chilli garlic dip.

Tandoori Selections

6. Whole Tandoori Fish Baht 480+

Whole organic Pink Tilapia fish marinated in exotic herbs and spices

and baked in the tandoor. An Indian by Nature signature!

7. Akbari Jheenga Baht 480+

Tandoor-baked jumbo prawns flambéed in Pernod and served on a

bed of golden pumpkin sauce.

8. Kashmiri Fish Baht 380+

Succulent pieces of ‘Dory’ fish marinated overnight, basted with

gramflour and egg and baked to perfection in tandoor.

9. Salmon Sikandri Baht 450+

Salmon marinated overnight with a variety of spices and finished in

the tandoor.

10. Tandoor-Grilled Calamari Baht 380+

Whole calamari with a stuffing of minced chicken, coated with spices

and grilled in tandoor. Served with hot garlic relish.

11. Chilli Prawn Brochettes Baht 380+

Scrumptious baked prawns marinated in lime, chili, garlic and ginger.

12. Rock Lobster Tikka Masala Baht 480+

Rock lobster barbecued in tandoor and quickly cooked in a creamy

tomato and onion sauce. Can be prepared mild, medium or hot.
