based gravy.

Seafood biryani with prawns, fish and calamari. Served in a cataplana
dish.

Asparagus and coconut salad with rock lobster morsels served with a

bed of golden pumpkin sauce.

Succulent pieces of ‘Dory’ fish marinated overnight, basted with
gramflour and egg and baked to perfection in tandoor.
9. Salmon Sikandri Baht 450+
Salmon marinated overnight with a variety of spices and finished in
the tandoor.

Whole calamari with a stuffing of minced chicken, coated with spices
and grilled in tandoor. Served with hot garlic relish.
