What We Do
Events We are a nationally recognized provider
of corporate events and meeting services
including general sessions, special events (proprietary
and public), high-end entertainment booking and
production, meeting logistics, graphics production, and
deployment.
ExhibitsWe provide complete design,
construction, installation and storage
of trade show and exhibit properties. With in-house
fabrication we can scale from small strategic booths
to comprehensive, integrated trade show experiences.
MC2 can also act as your general contracting service
managing all aspects of trade show experiences
including registration and travel logistics, facility

Samsung Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Launch

Samsung Electronics America Inc. held a highly anticipated launch of
the GALAXY Note 10.1 in the U.S. market. MC² was responsible for:
• The red carpet entrance with its custom Samsung Note
backdrop for celebrity photo ops
• Design and production of five different demo areas for guests to
try out the Samsung Note 10.1 for themselves and interact with
Samsung experts
• Production management, AV and staging services, and support
for theater presentations

Samsung takes over Times Square and Radio City Music Hall. One outdoor event and
one indoor extravaganza for Samsung’s launch of their Galaxy S4 phone.
MC² constructed the outdoor venue in the middle of Times Square as well as the
demonstration area and bannering in the historic Radio City Music Hall. Though we
were not permitted to take professional photos, here’s a sampling from the extensive
coverage on the web which showcases our work.

At the 2013 Wipro Global Sales Leadership Conference, MC² began with a detailed
venue search across the globe, finally selecting Orlando as the best fit. We also
created and managed the website and registration engine for all attendees coming
to the event, along with providing staff at the onsite registration desk. MC² acted as
the general services contractor for the partner expo developing the floorplan and
providing onsite support as well as managing business unit breakout meetings and
specialized staffing. We advised on the hotel contract language, menus & agenda
timing, as well as, recommended providers of props and RFID technology.

Working with RJR’s UK brand agency, Nerv, we actualized the
VUSE brand for government, press and consumer events with
a road show trailer. Our 3D interpretation of the VUSE brand
won praise from Nerv gaining their 100% acceptance and
trust and opening the door to further opportunities.

Furusiyya, a curator of a prestigious collection of equestrian artifacts, opened an exhibition at The International Museum of the Horse in Kentucky with a gala dinner for 400 prestigious guests, a commissioned fashion show and jewelry exhibit. MC2 partnered with Turquoise Brand Limited, London to produce the event which matched the lifestyles of opinion leaders, high-level arts and equestrian personalities, the media and the Saudi royal family. Particular attention to detail combined with grand gestures, created an atmosphere of distinct elegance and sumptuous privilege.

MC² and Innocean Worldwide, Hyundai’s AOR, worked in true collaboration for a successful golf sponsorship. Hyundai vehicles were elevated on sleek displays for high-visibility during key camera shots on the course. They were also positioned at island retail environments and at each high profile function associated with the Tournament of Champions. The product displays that were set up in a short time frame at multiple locations throughout Maui, required careful project management. Display items were shipped to or sourced right on the island.

Samsung Electronics leads the show at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. These massive
deployments include the breath of their formidable offering – interconnected, networked and live
for visitors to experience. Audiences have come to expect the highest level of sophistication from the
Samsung exhibits and MC2 provides flawless performance.
This year, in addition to their large exhibit, they introduced the Galaxy Studio, featuring the Samsung
Galaxy Note and Galaxy phone.

MC2 worked with John Deere Construction & Forestry and their
agency Gyro HSR to bring their, “You’re On” campaign, to life.
MC2 took the idea and created the design for the Chatterbox.
The concept was to get the conversation started with John
Deere customers and find out exactly what they thought
and what they wanted in a new machine. The completed
project was unveiled at ConExpo 2011 with great success. The
Chatterbox now travels to road shows and construction sites
so John Deere is able to continue to hear directly from their
customers.

It’s not very often we get to design an exhibit for purely aesthetic
reasons. Often we must plan our strategy around a rigid business
case with very detailed deliverables. Dassault Falcon was
different. Their directive was to communicate, through design,
their history and leadership in the aviation industry. A unique
opportunity and our imagination took wings.

Motorola Solutions NRF 2013 exhibit was the culmination
of a collaborative creative effort by the Motorola Solutions
Customer Experience Team, MC2 and Genesis Event Group.
The exhibit was designed to mimic a retail environment for
the show and it was a huge success.

a program solution that allows for maximum design flexibility that
conveys a professional brand image across multiple business units for
multiple trade shows. The new exhibit has created positive buzz for

For the past 10 years, MC2 has provided Newmark Knight
Frank turnkey services for the two largest annual Real
Estate Trade Shows – ICSC Las Vegas and ICSC Deal
Making in NYC. Our services include design concepts,
design displays and execution including build of displays,
graphics and all show services to support each three-day
event – including I&D labor, transportation, electrical,
rigging, flooring, décor, and more.

MC2 created customer-facing environments
for the demonstration of Cisco’s products and
technologies. These include a theater environment
within a circular room utilizing large screens for
presentations to a group of sixteen. Individual
demonstrations were positioned at the perimeter
of the circular theater for more in-depth interaction
with Cisco’s products. The design concept was the
outcome of an in-depth discovery process with the
client’s World Wide Sales group to define the best
way to effectively explain their technology and
present their products in a theater environment.
MC2 overall design has become the standard for all
global centers.
Each Customer Briefing Center that has been
completed has resulted in increased sales activity
and customer interest in Cisco.

MC2 collaborated with Nike corporate designers and project
managers on the retail environments at the Flatiron and Lenox
Mall locations. We engineered, project managed, built and
installed the custom fixtures and displays.
Nike is big on their facilities being LEED certified so we used
numerous re-purposed materials and items for the stores such
as, reclaimed bleachers to make most of the displays as well as
retrofitting a 1970’s high school basketball score board for the
ATL store.

AT&TAdWorks Media Lab

The Lab was created to immerse high-level decision
makers in an environment that is high tech and
fun to deliver AT&T’s message on emerging ad
solutions and technologies. MC2 engineered the
original designs, managed the project, as well as
built and installed the components of the lobby,
entrance hall and Lab itself.

HoneywellTechnology Experience Center
Shanghai, China
The Honeywell experience starts with a 30-foot entrance
tunnel. With tile floor and curved aluminum ribs, the
tunnel’s LED lights are show controlled for any color
combination. The eight 42” video screens show Honeywell
corporate messaging and visitor-specific videos tailored
to the visitors interest. The Center itself consists of a VIP
lounge area and separate areas devoted to Honeywell’s
five focused business sectors – industrial, energy,
commercial, transportation and the home.
The VIP or staging area has three 12x18 curved walls on
tracks surmounted by a tapered ceiling in traditional
Chinese style. With smoke machines billowing, the walls
move apart dramatically to reveal the product areas.
Pioneer ElectronicsStore-In-Store
64 locations, United States
This retail store-in-store environment
gives Pioneer’s products a branded “home”
inside an independent retail outlet. MC2
developed two color palettes to choose from,
standardized design elements, graphics and
accessories for efficiency, design services,
fabrication, painting, flooring, coordinated
production and installation in 42 different
