5:00 p.m. Doors open ~ No Host Bar ~ Hors D’oeuvres by Chef Bill Begin Silent Auction, Bucket Raffle, and 50/50
Entertainment by Sound Waves Mobile DJ
Please write your bidder number on the back of your bucket raffle tickets. It will be easier to identify the winner. Use your bidder number for the Silent Auction.
6:00 p.m. Dinner Catered by Farris’ 6:45 p.m. Bucket Raffle ends
Please allow time for tickets to be drawn. Winning ticket numbers will be posted on a display board. You must present your half of the ticket or proof of your bidder number to the volunteer in order to claim any item that you have won.
7:00 p.m. Silent Auction ends
Please allow 30 minutes after the close of the Silent auction for the cashier to input all of the data. DO NOT TAKE any item without proof of payment from the cashier.
7:15 p.m. Welcome and flag salute Begin Live Auction - auctioneer is Steven Morgan Approx. 8:15 p.m. after live auction item number 16
