You have to:
Explain what the product is (name) and what it is for. Say the size you would like and for how long. How much it will cost. Say you need a receipt/invoice. Provide your company’s details.
ROLE B:
You are the assistant at the editorial department of a local newspaper. You start.
You have to:
Offer assistance and ask what the customer wants.
Ask for the content of the advert.
Tell customer how much each classified is according to size and length of publication.
Ask for company’s details and way of payment.
Ask if (s) he needs anything else.
