He learned to read only. Was a child prodigy When he was 17, he loved
mathematics He said “The mathematic is the queen
of the sciences, and the arithmetic is the queen of the mathematic”
The maturity of gauss In 1796 he demonstrated how to draw a polygon of 17 sides In 1799 he was the first person who proved the Fundamental
Theorem of Algebra In 1801 predicted the approaching Ceres orbit parameters by
least squares. In 1809 he was appointed director of the Göttingen
Observatory. In the same year deepened on differential equations and conic sections.
He was a German mathematician and physical scientist who contributed significantly to many fields, including number theory, statistics, analysis ,differential geometry, geodesy, geophysics, electrostatics, astronomy and optics.
