Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/improvements:
Faculty and Students are involved in conducting Workshops, Seminars, Guest Lectures and
Tech Fests.
Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance:
Class Representatives (CRs) are elected from among the students of each class or section,
who have maintained a good record in terms of academic performance, attendance, behavior
and have demonstrated leadership qualities. Generally one representative from among the
boys and one from among the girls in each section are elected. The HODs conduct meetings
with Class Representatives to review the progress of the class that they represent. HODs
also conduct review meetings with their staff every month. Principal conducts meetings
with the HODs every month in order to ensure smooth functioning of classes.
Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance:
Student feedback is obtained in every semester on each of the Faculty member and each
subject taught by him / her. The faculty members whose performance is below satisfactory
level are counseled by the HOD and the Principal.
Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:
The Grievance Committee comprising of senior faculty members headed by the Principal,
redress the grievances of the faculty and students.
