All the major decisions regarding financial disbursement for infrastructural development, loan & other resources are taken by Society.Regarding academic arena, information collection at all level is transferred to the Principal through the HOD of each department. ThePrincipal takes all decision regarding academic activities. The Registrar takes care of the administrative and maintenance activities inconsultation with the Principal and the Secretary of the society. The Secretary of the Governing Body looks after the over alladministration towards the smooth running of the College.The Governing Body meeting is held quarterly. Urgent meetings are also called as and when situation demands.
Annexure- IIINature and extent of involvement of faculty in academic affairs/ improvement:-Faculties are recruited as per AICTE norms by expert committee nominated by the society in consultation with the D.T.E.,W.B.U.T. and A.I.C.T.E. The qualified faculties impart their knowledge and experiences to the students in the theoretical aswell as practical classes. The faculties also guide the students to perform different project works as curricula and extracurricula activities. Faculties are responsible to guide and motivate the students to actively participate in all college relatedactivities. Faculties involve themselves in different quality development program.
Students have to attend at least 75% of the total classes held in each semester. They also have to participate in all curricula andco-curricula activities in the institute like seminar, personality development program or quiz contest etc. The students co-ordinate and participate in the annual social programs and sports.
Students have to undergo an industrial training as a part of the curricula activities which is arranged by the institute everyyear.

Mechanism / Norms & Procedure for democratic / Good Governance:
The Governing Body of the institute convene meeting quarterly to review and plan the proposal regarding all academic and
infrastructural as well as development activities.
The financial budgets regarding infrastructure maintenance and its improvement is decided.
To decide and modify the policies as per Government legislature and directions.To sanction Faculty recruitment and Faculty development programs.
To review the status of quality improvement measures and plan for Continual improvements.

The Secretary of the Governing body will implement all decision of the G.B. in co-ordination with the Secretary of the
College.
ANNEXURE V
Students feedback on Institutional Governance / Faculty performance :
Faculty Performance: Students unable to follow or understand deliberations on teaching
adequately in a class room are free to discuss the matter with concerned teacher beyond the class
hour. If the problem still persists, they also discuss such matters with concerned H.O.D. or the
Principal. The Principal / H.O.D. discuss the same with the concerned teacher, guides him on the
relevant points like--- his own preparation through library books and / or consultation with senior
teacher(s) , improve ability to communicate , gather continuous on-the-spot feedback from students
in the classroom itself and follow through in next classes.
Monthly feed back from concerned students are taken by H.O.D.s and reported to the Principal .
The process is followed, generally, by H.O.D.s at random.
Institutional Governance: Regular meeting by appointed committee comprising H.O.D.s and Registrar with students
representatives are held for discussion on improvement specially placement activities , soft skill
development etc.
Maintenance and improvement, particularly in residential areas , are done through applications
routed through appointed Hostel Superintendent to Principal/ Secretary.

Maintenance and improvement, particularly in residential areas , are done through applications routed throughappointed students committee and warden to Registrar.
For faculty staff A committee comprising of the Head of the Departments, Registrar and Principal meet as and when required wheredifferent grievances of faculties and staff are discussed and tried to be solved. Some of the unsolved problems are
forwarded to the management of the college where management decision is involved.
For students
