Welcome to the Luxury Hair Direct Family. Congratulations on making the important decision to take the fate of your financial future into your own hands! Luxury Hair Direct was founded by Rajeev Kaila and Michael Moran, who are two young entrepreneurs based out of Atlanta, GA. Both Kaila and Moran have had tremendous success in other business ventures, but both felt frustrated that many of their friends and family couldn’t share in the same success. Together they formed Luxury Hair Direct under the central principal of helping others achieve financial success doing what they love to do! This compensation plan will show you how you can earn income in the program while having fun and making new

Retail Customers
These are people who purchase Luxury Hair Direct products. When you make a retail customer sale, you earn the difference between the wholesale price and retail price for the products sold. Additionally, you earn a retail rebate bonus, which is a percentage of the commissionable volume (CV) of all products sold in the given calendar month. The more you sell, the more you earn!
Distributors
Distributors are people who you chose to join your team and who want to build their own business. You will earn a $40 Fast Start Bonus for each distributor that you enroll who purchases the Associate Starter Pack and a $50 Fast Start Bonus for each distributor that you enroll who purchases the Manager Starter Pack. Additionally, you will earn a commission on all purchases made by a distributor and their downline.

The Luxury Hair Direct Business Modeloffers a variety of ways to make money.
Active bonuses are based on the hard work and effort you put into your business each month.
Fast Start Bonus For all distributors at the Associate Level or higher, you will earn a bonus for each distributor you personally add to your team. This amounts to a $40 bonus for each Associate level distributor and $50 for each Manager level distributor.
Retail/Wholesale Bonus Earn the difference between the retail and wholesale price of a product when selling to retail customers.
Example: Customer buys (3) bundles of ZEN Remy hair on your LHD website with a total retail cost of $400. Your wholesale cost is $300. You instantly earn the $100 spread between the retail and wholesale cost.
Retail Rebate Bonus
Earn a percentage of all commissionable value (CV) for all of your retail product sales to personal customers,
$0 - $750 = 0% of CV Rebate $751 - $1,500 = 5% of CV Rebate $1,501 - $5,000 = 10% of CV Rebate $5,001 - $15,000 = 15% of CV Rebate $15,001 - UP = 20% of CV Rebate

Building a successful network of distributorswill create a continual stream of income.
Residual bonuses are earned by the performance of the distributors below you in your active network.
Team Level Commissions
Earn a certain percentage of the commissionable value (CV) on all sales of people in your organizational levels. (See chart to the left)
Levels Doubler
At the time commissions are calculated, this bonus will determine the level that has the most commissionable value (CV) in your organization, and double the payout for that level for that period from 10% to 20%.
Personally Sponsored Matching Bonus
Distributors earn 10% - 20% of any personally sponsored distributors Team Level Commissions (including the Levels Doubler).
Generational Bonus
1% bonus on all commissionable value (CV) paid to National Directors through their next National Director in each of their legs.
1% bonus on all commissionable value (CV) paid to Chairman’s Directors through their next Chairman’s Director in each of their legs.
2% Global Bonus Pool
2% of all commissionable value (CV) will be shared between all distributors that achieve the rank of Chairman’s Director or higher.

Within LHD, there are (7) achievable ranks, of which the first three are considered management levels.
As an Affiliate, you will be entitled to two types of bonuses: 1 - Retail/Wholesale Bonus 2 - Retail Sales Bonus
Associate

Management Level Requirements
Luxury Hair Direct allows you to start at three management levels including Affiliate, Associate and Manager. You will never move to a level lower than where you started. Start moving up the leadership levels by increasing your sales and helping build a strong network of distributors.

Meet all of the requirements of an Associate or Manager. Personally sponsor 15 distributors, 8 of which have a rank of Manager or higher.
AND
Generate $25,000 in personal retail sales per month.
OR
Generates $150,000 in group volume sales per month, of which no more than 40% can come from any single leg.
NATIONAL DIRECTORTo become a National Director, you must:
Meet all of the requirements of an Associate or Manager. Personally sponsor 25 distributors, 10 of which have a rank of Manager or higher and 5 of which must have a rank of Director or higher.
AND
Generate $100,000 in personal retail sales per month.
OR
Generate $250,000 in group volume sales per month, of which no more than 30% can come from any single leg.
CHAIRMAN’S DIRECTORTo become a Chairman’s Director, you must:
Meet all the requirements of an Associate or Manager. Personally sponsor 35 distributors, 15 of which have a rank of Manager or higher and 10 of which must have a rank of National Director or higher.
AND
Generate $250,000 in personal retail sales per month.
OR
Generate $500,000 in group volume sales per month, of which no more than 30% can come from any single leg.
