When the job is done, the work finished, the problems solved, sometimes it’s good to take a brief overview. We researched our house design thoroughly as we researched contractors. From the time Vern began excavating “the hole”, to the foundation, the framing and then all the multitude of facets of interior and exterior, we had confidence about the quality of the house you have built! We particularly want to commend your decision to appoint Sam as project manager to finish up our punch list. He did it in 2 ½ weeks which removed a lot of stress on our part. He is very focused, efficient and personable! We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in our new home and our family had numerous compliments on the designs and quality!
