wait time was approximately 1 minute, a representative never tuned
in to chat with me!

with the option to leave a message to which they will reply to via
email.

the webpage, this live support window starts scrolling
back-and-forth horizontally across the page (kind of annoying)

biggest issues seem to be broken links (Green Hill) or offline
agents (Glenmeadow, GL Homes) The most invasive live chat windows
were St. Andrews Village and Traditions of America Both chat
windows are very in your face You dont have to click on a button to
access them, they pop up simply from viewing the webpage
