(i) to release the above mentioned vehicle to

applicant/RO/rightfulownersubjecttopreparingdetailedproper

panchnama of above mentioned vehicle and after proper

verificationof documents with further condition that vehicle be

notreleased,ifitwasnotinsuredattherelevanttime.

(ii)takephotographsofabovementionedvehiclefrom

all possible angles includingenginenumber andchasis number

andfilethesamealongwithchargesheet;

(iii) takeasecuritybondfromapplicant/RO/rightful

ownertoindemnifytheamountmentionedinthereportofIO,in

caseanyclaimregardingownershipofvehiclearisesinfuture;

(iv) to get panchnama and photographs of above

mentioned vehicle attested and countersigned by complainant,

accusedaswellasbyapplicant/RO/rightfulownerandIO;

Photographs charges shall be borne by the

applicant/RO/rightful owner. Application moved by applicant

standsdisposedoffaccordingly.SHOisdirectedtodotheneedful

withinoneweekfromtodayandtofilecompliancereportbefore
