Eliminating theBallast savesadditional costs related to Maintenance, Energy Consumption and Performance.By-passingBallastwillalsoensurethatthereisnoEMi/RFinterference.ItisSTRONGLYRECOMMENDED that the Reflector in the Fixture be removed for Optimum Thermal Management and better Heat Dissipation. This will ensure Lumen Maintenance and extend its Working Life. The installer MUST also ensure and verify that NO Part of the installed LED Lamp should touch the Fixture Housing or Components.
