The fi ve application systems illustrated below aresuitable for the hot melt adhesives listed.They are used for the production of:
· double and triple laminates
· air-permeable laminates
· soft textile feel of the laminated fabrics
Wide slot nozzle coating systems:
· closed application system (no contact with oxygen and humidity)
· high production speeds
· above all suitable for full cover coating
· open coating structure (O.C.S.) possible
Gravure roller coating systems:
· precise adhesive pattern control
· adhesive application only in the area of contact
· open coating structure (O.C.S.)
· clean application
Spray nozzle coating systems:

Multiple roller coating systems:
· high fl exibility - easy switch of adhesives

Jowat adhesives for the textile industry
Coating of 3D parts:
· Adhesive application with spray nozzle manually or by robot
· Drying of the adhesive fi lm
· Reactivation of the adhesive fi lm by radiator or hot air
· Pressing or evacuation of the compound
· Cooling-down followed by removal
