arrangement for attaining some particular object or putting a particular idea into effect
(v) make plans, esp. in a devious way or with intent to do something illegal or wrong or destructive.
Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of
the man who carries out wicked schemes.

As for a rogue, his weapons are evil; He devises wicked schemes to
