Kofta Kebabs

Collect your equipment

Peel and cut 1 onion in half

Peel 1 clove of garlic garlic

Remove the seeds from half a chilli

Blitz the onion, garlic and chilli in a food processor

Add 150g mince,1 tsp cumin,1 sprig of parsley, mint and coriander

Flour a red chopping board, shape into 8 balls

Grill for 10-15 mins turning occasionally

Thinly slice (julienne) ¼ of a cucumber Finely dice 2 tomatoes Slice the pitta breads

in half, and gently open

Place kofta’s in the pitta and serve with salad
