Datin Siti Suleiha Suguna is an accomplished natural therapist in Malaysia with nearly 40 years of practice, tutored from early age in yoga by her father, Yogacharya Prof. H.A Rao, a renowned Yogi. She is sought after worldwide, to relieve both physical and mental affections, and has travelled extensively, conducting courses and seminars for organizations and associations both locally and internationally.

Datin Suleiha will brie�y introduce the yoga taught by Gheranda Samitha, which purpose is to acquire ultimate knowledge in body, mind and soul about oneself.

The discipline of the body will cultivate the mind; and the discipline of the mind will culture the spiritual personality. These will be followed by breathing techniques sessions, further explanations of the 3 point listed above and special eye-openers on knowing thyself.
