Lives•Kangaroos live in Australia and New Guinea in rain forests and grass lands.
BabiesThe babies are called rats, wallabies , or joeys. They grow to be 13 inches and weigh 2 pounds in a pouch. Gestation is 3 to 5 weeks and then the joey stays in the pouch for 7 weeks.
Eating• Kangaroos eat mushrooms, leaves, fruit, and grass.
