1. KADRIS 4 is based on web technologies, which means that the software is installed on a central server (either a local server or a cloud hosting server).
There is no need to install any additional software on users’ computers and only a web browser is required. In cases where the company does not provide a server or the existing server fails to meet the technical prerequisites for KADRIS 4 installation, the option of hosting in the cloud is available.
Any changes to the data or settings are available simultaneously to all users at all locations. System administration and management is simple and quick, as there is only one point to maintain.

Additionally to the pay grade promotions, promotion in title and vertical promotion is also supported. These types of promotion include a career path plan prepared by the manager as part of the annual or peri-odical interview.

The calculation of actuarial reserves for jubilee rewards and severance pay are part of (long-term) employer liabilities that will be paid in the future. The reserves are the basis for the
calculation by an appointed actuary. The module provides im-port options for the values calculated by the actuary and the accounting of actuary values at the beginning of year. The pay-ment of a jubilee reward or severance pay upon retirement can be registered in the system.

Employees only reg-ister their clock-in and clock-out, and the module automati-cally distributes the time worked across corresponding work-places. The module is especially useful in work settings where employee rostering and roster amendments are particularly time-consuming and demanding in terms of administration, such as multi-shift work in production facilities, health care facilities, social care services, hospitality industry and similar.
Commute Cost CalculationThe module supports the calculation of commute cost refund taking into account all types of transportation an employee uses to commute to and from work, including any job/position changes. For each employee, a written statement (required by regulations) on how the employee commutes to work for each particular work location must be entered. The system calculates the amount of commuting expense refund based on where the Time and Attendance registration took place.

Key locker is a convenient key storage solution that provides simple access control to keys using an ID card. The solution can be used in environments where electronic locking access control is not absolutely necessary or economically feasible.
Wardrobe Locker Security
Wardrobe locker access control using ID cards is a very simple solution for employees. The operator can monitor the information about which lockers are occupied, trigger an alarm in case of burglary and create reports on locker events and status. At the same time, the organization can cut locker maintenance costs.
Room Occupancy (Roll Call)The Room Occupancy module enables you to monitor the
