Formation: Affirmative
Regular verbs – take the third person singular form of the present tense
Irregular verbs – Memorize the short list!

Formation - Regular verbs:Take the first person singular form of the
present tense and remove the “o”
Add the appropriate endings as follows

To “ar” verbs, add “es”
No hables por teléfono cuando estudias.
(Don’t talk on the phone
when you study.)

No comas esa manzana.
