Relax on a comfy sofa in the bar, catch up with friends on our sun terrace, which is heated and covered in the winter months, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant.
!ere is something to suit everyone on any occasion.
Just a stones throw away from the racecourse, this popular cocktail bar enjoys a busy period during the race season.
!is bar is perfect for a few cocktails on a lunch date right through to a night out with the girls...whatever you want Bar Lounge can deliver.

Fiesta Havana Fancy a slice of the Caribbean, Chester style? Then get yourself down to Fiesta Havana, the home of the mojito, for some smooth Latin style and infectious Cuban rhythms.Open every day from 12pm for food and fancy cocktails, opening until 2am Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.Cocktail classes are also avaiable and held on a regular basis in the bar. Alexander’s, Rufus CourtLooking for a beer garden to lounge in during the hot
spring/summer months?
Head down to Alexander’s, Rufus Court, Chester for a jazz
style bar with a large outside area at the front and rear of
the building.
Established in 1991, Alexander’s is the leading north west
So whether you want to relax in the sunshine with some
to enjoy.
Situated in Rufus Court just 2 minutes from the Town Hall.
The Living Room Having already reviewed this restaurant, I thought it appropriate to include it in the top bars to visit.
With live music every Friday and Saturday night, it is the perfect place to start the night.
Fresh cocktails are made by the fully-trained bar tenders include Matthew Jones, Chester’s Bar Tender of the Year Winner 2009, and bottles are thrown around as part of a flaring technique, otherwise known as showing off.
After the live music a DJ is on playing a variety of different music genres to suit all tastes.
This is also the place to head to if you fancy doing a spot of celebrity watching. It is a notorious bar for local premiership footballers and soap actors to hang out and let loose after a “hard” days work.
The drinks tend to be fairly expensive, however they do offer a signature hour which includes half price selected cocktails, wine and beer from 5pm-7pm.
