Getty Images is a leading provider of digital media worldwide, creating and distributing a range of assets – from royalty-free stock photography and editorial images to footage, music and multimedia – that help communicators around the globe tell their stories.
ITC Enterprise Managed Services provides production support services and ongoing project support in both onsite and remote services offerings based upon the type of work that is necessary. We initiated the relationship between Getty Images and Enterprise Cloud & Managed Services as a result of very successful testing services for an upgrade performed in 2010. As a result we continued to address more project-related work and were recently, as a result of our exemplary support in these initiatives, awarded the fixed fee production support contract for 2011 beginning in March.
We initiated the knowledge transfer from Wipro in December and have escalated the knowledge transfer to the point where full-blown personnel replacement will occur in January. This is an advancement of the transition by more than a month, providing significant cost savings to Getty Images and an opportunity for Enterprise Managed Services to escalate production support globally.
