IT Problems
• IPPMC is facing an update issue.• NEXTGEN 5.5 can be operated in Windows XP;
XP is out dated in the market so they wanted to upgrade to Windows 7.
• The main problem for NEXTGEN software version 5.5 is the compatibility with Windows 7. So, they have to upgrade the software to version 5.6.
• NEXTGEN 5.5 and 5.6, neither of them support the pain templates for the center.
Solutions
• NEXTGEN 5.6 and Windows 7 both are in the market. They can easily be upgraded.
• In order to upgrade, they need to back up every templates, introduce both software to the system and run a test for quality assurance.
• Test the data base and make a lead to product base.
