TheI/OmoduleTypeME24collects,convertsandcomparesphysicalmeasurementdatafromexternalsensorsorreceivesswitchingcommandsfrombüSparticipantsviathebüSinterface.ThismeasurementdataortheseswitchingcommandsarerelayedtoexternalactuatorsortobüSparticipantsviathebüSinterface.
Useaccordingtotheauthorizeddata,operatingconditionsandconditionsofusespecifiedinthecontractdocumentsandoperatinginstructions.

5 DESCRIPTIONOFTHEDEVICETheoutputmoduleofTypeME24receivestheswitchingcommandsofbüSparticipantsviathebüSinterface,pro-cessesthemandrelaysthisinformationtoexternallyconnectedactuators.
TheinputmoduleofTypeME24receivesthephysicalmeasurementdatafromexternalsensors.TheinputmoduleconvertsandcomparesthismeasurementdataandcommunicatesthevaluesviathebüSinterfacetobüSparticipants.
TheHMIUmoduleTypeME25,inconjunctionwiththedisplayTypeME21,canbeusedtoconfigurethebasicfunc-tions.Alternatively,thiscanalsobecarriedoutviathe“BürkertCommunicator”.
5.1 Possiblecombinations
TheI/OmoduleTypeME24canonlybeoperatedwithinasystemincombinationwithadditionalmodules.Forsettingupasystemcomprisingseveralmodules,pleasecontactyourBürkertsalesoffice.
