Inflate the Spa Cover Air Bladder1. Opentheinflationvalveandinserttheinflation hose (7)intothevalve;presstoinflate untilitisfirmtothetouchbutnothard(see drawing 7).2. Disconnecttheinflationhose(7) from the air blowerinflationoutletandthevalve.3. Replace the control panel cap (5) back;closeand recesstheinflationvalve.

Spa Control Unit Installation1. Press the button located on top of the control base andremovethebackcover(see drawing 9)2. Connectthespacontrolunittothespatub(see drawing 10). Hand-tighten the connectors securely. Donotusetoolstotighten.3. Reinstallthebackcover (2) to the spa control base (see drawing 11). Backcovermustbeinstalled beforeusingtheSPA. CAUTION: Donotsit,lean,coverorplaceanyobjectsoverthespacontrolunit.
4. Attachthetwofiltercartridgehousingassembliestothetwooutlet gridsontheinsideofthespa(lowerposition,marked“C”). ATTENTION! Inordertocomplywiththerequirementsofthe VirginiaGrahameBakerAct,suctionoutletscannotbecovered whilethespaisinuse.TheActwasintendedtoaddresshigh suction/volumecirculationsystemsbutdoesnotexcludelow volumesystemsasusedonthisspa.Accordingly,removethefilter cartridge assemblies and any other spa cleaning attachment from the spa outlets before spa usage (see drawing 12). Re-attachthemafterusageforwaterfiltrationandcleaning.5. Beforefillingwithwaterensurethebottomdrainvalvecapsare securely closed on the inside and outside.6. FillthespatubwithfreshwatertoalevelbetweenMINandMAX markedontheinsideofthespawall.Donotoverfillthespa.. WARNING: Neverpourwaterwithatemperaturehigherthan104°F(40°C)intothespadirectly.Itis recommendedtofillthespatubwithlukewarmwaterforquickheatingandenergysaving.7. Placethespacoverandspaairbladder(pre-installedinspacover)overthespatub,andmakesurethe spacoverbucklesarelockedusingthekeyprovidedafterpullingthebuckledstrapstight. IMPORTANT:Inspectthespacoverregularlyforleak,prematurewearandtearordeterioration.Never useadamagedspacover.8. Turnontheheateronthespacontrolunitsee“SpaControlUnitPanel”operatinginstructionssection. OPERATION
SPA CONTROL UNIT PANEL
Heat Button: Use this button to activate the heating system. The pump will heat the spa water until the water temperature reaches the set temperature. After the current water temperature drops 2°C (3.6°F) below the set temperature the heating system will restart. When the light above the heat button is red, the heating system is activated. When the light is green, the water is at the set temperature and the heating system is at rest. NOTE: If the heating system is activated the fi ltration system will automatically start. NOTE: After turning off the heating system the fi ltration system will continue to operate 24 hours.
Celsius/Fahrenheit Toggle button: The temperature can be displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The system’s default is Celsius. CAUTION: NEVER use the spa if indicated water temperature is more than 104ºF (40°C).
Temperature Adjustment Buttons: Pressing the Temperature Increase or Decrease buttons will cause the LED to fl ash. When fl ashing you can adjust to the desired temperature setting. If you hold these buttons down the values will rapidly increase or decrease. The new and desired temperature setting will remain on the LED display for 5 seconds to confi rm the new value. NOTE: The default temperature is 68°F (20°C). NOTE: Temperature adjustment ranges from 68°F (20°C) to 104°F (40°C).
Reset Button: Pressing the Reset button when Code “E95” appears on the LED display control panel.
Water Filter Button: This button turns the fi lter pump on and off. The light above the Water Filter Button displays green when activated.
Bubble Button: Use this button to activate the massage system, which has a 30-minute auto-shutoff feature. The light above the Bubble Button displays green when activated. WARNING: Do not run Bubble system when the cover is attached, air can accumulate inside the spa and cause irreparable damage and bodily harm.
LED Display: Once powered-up the LED displays the current water temperature automatically.

Spa Tub Drainage1. Turnoffallthebuttons(heater,filterandbubble)onthecontrolpanelunit.2. Connectthedrainvalveadaptortoagardenhoseandpointtheotherend of the garden hose to a suitable draining area (see drawing 14).3. Removethedrainvalvecapfromoutsideofthespatubandattachthe drainvalveadaptortothedrainvalve(see drawing 14).4. Frominsideofthespatub,openthedrainvalvecap,waterwillstart flowingoutfromthegardenhose.5. When the water stops draining, disconnect the spa control unit from thespatubwall.Liftthespatubwallfromthesideoppositethedrain, leading any remaining water to the drain and emptying the spa completely (see drawing 15).6. Raiseupthespacontrolunitandopenthecapunderneaththefilter pump unit, drain out the water (see drawing 16). Do not tighten the cap now.7. Attachedtheinflationhose(7)totheairblowerinflationoutletontop of the control panel section.8. Spa Tub CleaningIfdirtisvisibleinthewaterorwaterbecomescloudyandproperwaterchemistry does not clear it up, change the water and clean the spa tub. See“SpaTubDrainage”sectiononhowtodrainthespa.Whileempty,removethecartridgehousingfrominsideofthespatubwall,cleanand/orreplacethefiltercartridge.Useaspongeandmildsoapsolutionto wipe away any soil or stains on the inside of the spa wall.
