Innovation means to connect in one creating, designing and implementing new solutions that have a real value (market, organizational, social - depends on the context...). Our sense of innovation is based on the principles of cocreation and participation.
We would like to touch these kind of questions in the context of your work. Purpose of this workshop is to raise inspiration, explore basic elements of innovations, re-use some of existing capacities, learn and experience some of the new methods, principles and orgaizational patterns. Beside all, we would like to spend inspiring and joyful afternoon around innovation with you...!

has been working in the field of large-scale organizational change and development for the last 15 years. In consultancy he has especially worked with innovative companies with a strategy of growth in their line of business and market. Jan is the owner of the consultancy company Uphill and partner in Flow Game Company aps. Jan has co-founded The Art of Hosting and The Flow Game. He is the author of the book on process of innovation.

Both Miljenka and Jamina have more than 10 years of practical experience in organizational project development and process improvement, where innovation process has a special focus.
