RousselotTof Gums are a toffee-flavor candy made with a Rousselotgelatin that provides elasticity, a melt-in-the-mouth feeland flavor release. It is a slow-melting candy that is neithersticky nor chewy. An advantage of the candy is that it con-tains no artificial coloring or flavoring, thus meeting clean-label requirements. And, Tof Gums contain 20 percent lessfat and carbohydrates and 15 percent less calories than atraditional butter caramel candy.
