summaRy of teRms & conditions The Company agrees to use the Approved Phrase “Made with SWAROVSKI GEMSTONES“, “Made with SWAROVSKI ZIRCONIA“ or “Made with SWAROVSKI MARCASITE“ solely in a manner that informs the public that the Company’s pro-ducts for which authorization is given (the “Licensed Products”) contain Swarovski genuine gemstones and/or created stones, and solely in a subordinate manner to the Company’s Mark. Any use of the Approved Phrase is subject to the prior approval by Swarovski. The Company may use the Approved Phrase on its own labels and tags for the Licensed Products, provided that these labels and tags conform to the layout provided by Swarovski, contain the Company’s Mark, and provided that the Company ensures that the Company’s Mark is removed only by the ultimate consumer. Furthermore, Swarovski must have prior written approval of such usage. The Approved Phrase shall in no way be modified or altered regarding configuration or relative proportions, or combined with other elements. All Licensed Products shall contain exclusively genuine gemstones or created stones marketed and cut by Swarovski or its affiliates, and shall not contain any other genuine or created stones. The Company agrees to use the Approved Phrase solely in connection with the marketing and advertising of the Licensed Products. Additionally the Company displays the Company’s Mark more prominently than the Approved Phrase in a manner so as to inform the public that the Licensed Products originate from the Company rather than from Swarovski. The Company shall refrain from talking about a cooperation or partnership with Swarovski, neither in its communication material and PR nor in any other manner.
1. You contact your local sales representative, expressing your interest in becoming an ingredient branding partner for SWarOVSKI geMStOneS, SWarOVSKI ZIrCOnIa, and/or SWarOVSKI MarCaSIte.
2. Your local sales office requests further information as well as samples of your products.
3. Upon approval, Swarovski issues an ingredient branding contract, which both parties need to sign. as part of the contract you will also receive the Visual Identity Standards – these are guidelines on how to use the ingredient brand.
