■What is a braid shield of tinsel wire?Tinsel wire is a material made of polyester yarn wound with copper foil.A braid shield using tinsel wire offers superior flexibility and bending characteristics, and the rate of change in itsresistance due to repetitive bending is more stable than that of a braid shield using annealed copper wire.

■What is the combining braid?
The combining braid is constructed by combining annealed copper wire and cotton yarn to prevent the abrasion of shield element wires. The RBT Series adopted the combining braid, and thus realized the higher abrasion resistance and bending resistance.

UseUse
■Realizes a high bending characteristic by using our original copper alloy.
■Realizes a low attenuation characteristic by adopting our original three-layered insulating structure.
■Adapts Cat.5e-compatible 4-pair LAN cable to realize superior bending resistance and flexibility.
■Enables the mounting of a modular connector with a general shield. ■Enables use of a length up to 40 m. (A length longer than 40 m can also be customized.)
■For connection to a camera sensor
■Wiring of robots and machine tools where U-shape bending is applied

Advantages of composite cable
① Connectors can be integrated into a single piece!
② Space for wiring can be saved!
③ Total cable weight can be reduced!
④Entanglement of cables during operation is avoided!
■Example of structural specifications■Manufacturing conditions ① Max. number of fusible pieces (total number of pieces including cables and tubes): 20 pcs. (as a guide) ② Max. fusible width: Approx. 120 mm ③ Max. outer diameter of each cable to be fused: 14 mm ④ Air tube material: Soft nylon that we designate (as certain polymers like polyurethane are not fusible)
■Bending characteristics of thermally fused flat cable
Cleared 10 million times
No fault with conductor and shield
No fault such as peeling off in between respective units
