Hiring Process – Employment Contract with SAP
Employment contracts of new employees will be
prepared once you are onboard.
Once you signed, it will be signed by Managing Director & Operations Director first; and pass to you once your provided your labor book and release sheet or official unemployment certificate from your previous company.
Total duration takes around 2 weeks.

IF Statuary Housing Fund < 10% DIFFERENCES will be covered as supplementary housing fund
Local employees:1. meets the requirements for the establishment of Company Supplementary Housing Fund as described above.2. worked for the company for more than 2 years, and the employee or his/her spouse has purchased a commercial house, an economically affordable house, or a welfare-oriented distributed house; ORfor those employees who have not purchased any house, if they have been working for the company for more than 5 years, the company will establish the Company Supplementary Housing Fund for them and give consent to their drawing there from.
