1. Choose a leadership/planning team (Parent Coordinator, EL coordinator, Bilingual coordinator, Title I, Principal or Assistant Principal, Teachers, Parent Representatives)
2. Conduct inservices with planning team (directions for inservices are included in resource binder)
3. Choose a workshop and theme
4. Prepare materials and set-up for 4 stations
