The use of text messaging proved to be effective for engagement and safety.
Information Technology staff set up and maintained communications equipment and cameras, enhancing situational awareness.
Information Technology support was requested in anticipation of internal issues. SME’s provided assistance with networking, hardware, software, and printing issues. GIS guidance and support was also provided.
