Technical Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) for Respondents What is expected of me?
Please complete the survey as soon as you are able. It should take approximately 30 minutes to complete online. Respond to the questions with answers that first come to mind, and try to be as candid and honest as possible. There are no right or wrong answers. We really want to know what you think!
Should I encourage others to take part?
Yes, we would greatly appreciate that. Please encourage all people in your congregation, including youth 13 years of age or older, to complete the survey. Do not choose just one person to represent your family or household in this survey. We want to hear from all of you!
I share my email and / or a computer/laptop/tablet with a family member/friend and we both want to participate. Can we use the same email address/computer/laptop/tablet to complete the survey?

The questionnaire is really slow. Is that normal?
The speed at which the questionnaire moves from screen to screen could be affected by a few things, including the speed of your internet connection as well as the speed and configuration of your computer. To help improve the speed of the questionnaire, please close all other programs on your computer and do not download other files, programs or updates while you are completing the questionnaire. Please note that we will not be able to diagnose or fix any technical issues with your actual computer.
The questionnaire is frozen. What should I do?
You may exit the questionnaire and click on the link again at www.imna-‐survey.ca. You will be taken to the beginning of the questionnaire and your previous responses will be lost.
How is the information I enter in the questionnaire stored?
The information that you provide is hosted and stored on a secured server in Canada, to ensure that your data remains confidential and cannot be tampered with.
The website address or URL doesn’t work. Make sure that the spelling is correct when you are typing in the website address. Or another approach is to copy and paste this link www.imna-‐survey.ca into your internet browser to go to the survey website.
