License AgreementEND-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR IK MULTIMEDIA PRODUCT
Pleasereadthisdocumentcarefullybeforebreakingthesealonthemediapackage.Thisagreementlicensestheenclosedsoftwaretoyouandcontainswarrantyandliabilitydisclaimers.
Bybreakingthesealonthemediaenvelope,youareconfirmingtohavetakennoticeoftermsandconditionsofthisagreementandyouacknowledgeyouracceptanceofthesoftwareaswellasyouracceptanceofthetermsofthisagreement.Ifyoudonotwishtodoso,donotbreaktheseal.Instead,promptlyreturntheentirepackage,includingtheunopenedmediapackage,tothedealerfromwhomyouhaveobtainedit,forafullrefund.
1)DEFINITIONS
EULAmeansthisenduserlicenseagreement
IKMultimediaProductmeansthesoftwareprogramincludedintheenclosedpackage,andallrelatedupdatessuppliedbyIKMultimedia.
IKMultimediaProductmeansthesoftwareprogramandhardware(ifany)includedintheenclosedpackage,therelateddocumentation,models,multi-mediacontent(suchasanimation,soundandgraphics)andallrelatedupdatessuppliedbyIKMultimedia.
Notforresale(NFR)VersionmeansaversionofIKMultimediaProduct,soidentified,isintendedforreviewandevaluationpurposes,only.
2)LICENSE
TheIKMultimediaProductisprotectedbycopyrightlawsandinternationalcopyrighttreaties,aswellasotherintellectualpropertylawsandtreaties.TheIKMultimediaProduct is licensed,notsold.ThisEULAgrantsyoutherightsasspecifiedherebelow.AllotheractionsandmeansofusagearereservedtothewrittenpermissionoftherightholderIKMultimediaProductionSrl:
Applications Software.TheIKMultimediaProductmaybeusedonlybyyou.YoumayinstallandusetheIKMultimediaProduct,oranypriorversionthereofforthesameoperatingsystem,onuptothree(3)computers,providedthat(a)eachcomputerisownedby(orleasedto)andundertheexclusivecontrolofthelicensee;(b)theprogram(s)shallNOTbeusedsimultaneouslyonmorethanonemachine,and(c)anycomputer(s)withIKMultimediasoftwareinstalledshallnotbesold,rented,leased,loanedorotherwiseberemovedfromthelicenseespossessionwithoutfirstremoving(uninstalling)thelicensedsoftware,exceptasprovidedinParagraph4(below)pertainingtoSoftwareTransfer.
Storage/Network use.YoumayalsostoreorinstallacopyoftheIKMultimediaProductonastoragedevice,suchasanetworkserver,usedonlytoinstallorruntheIKMultimediaProductonyourothercomputersoveraninternalnetwork;however,youmustacquireanddedicateadistinctlicenseforeachuseroftheIKMultimediaProductfromthestoragedevice.AnygivenlicensefortheIKMultimediaProductmaynotbesharedorusedconcurrentlyorotherwiseondifferentcomputersorbydifferentdevelopersinagivenorganization.
3)AUTHORIZATIONCODE
TheIKMultimediaProductonlyfunctionswhenyouareinthepossessionofanauthorizationcode.Youwillreceiveanauthorizationcodeuponcomplet-ingtheauthorizationcoderequestprocedure.Onceyourauthorizationcodeisactivated,youmayusetheproduct.
Youagreetofollowtheauthorizationcoderequestprocedureandwillprovidetrue,accurateandcompleteinformationaboutyourself.Ifyouprovideanyinformationthatisuntrue,inaccurate,notcorrectorincomplete,orIKMultimediahasreasonablegroundstosuspectthatsuchinformationisuntrue,inaccurate,notcorrectorincomplete,IKMultimediahastherighttosuspendortorevokethelicense.
Theterminationofthelicenseshallbewithoutprejudicetoanyrights,whatsoever,ofIKMultimedia.
4)DESCRIPTIONOFOTHERRIGHTSANDLIMITATIONS
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.Youmaynot reverseengineer,decompile,ordisassemble theIKMultimediaProduct,exceptandonlytotheextentthatsuchactivityisexpresslypermittedbyapplicablelawnotwithstandingthislimitationofcomponents.TheIKMultimediaProductislicensedasasingleproduct.Itscomponentpartsmaynotbeseparatedforuseonmorethanonecomputer.
Not for Resale Version.IftheIKMultimediaProductislabeledNotforResaleorNFRorEvaluationCopy,then,notwithstandingothersectionsofthisEULA,youmaynotsell,orotherwisetransfertheIKMultimediaProduct.
Rental.Youmaynotrent,lease,orlendtheIKMultimediaProducttoanyparty.
Software Transfer.Youmaynottransfer,licenseorsublicenseyourrightsasLicenseeofthesoftwareoranyIKMultimediaproduct,aslicensedtoyouunderthisagreementwithoutpriorwrittenconsentoftherightsowner.ThecarrieronwhichtheIKMultimediaproducthasbeendistributedmaybetransferredorotherwisemadeavailabletoanythirdpartyonlywiththepriorwrittenconsentoftherightsownerandprovidedthat(a)theoriginalmedia

andlicense(s)accompanythecarrierand(b)thepartytransferringthemediadoesnotretainacopyofthemedia.
5)UPGRADES
IftheIKMultimediaProductislabeledorotherwiseidentifiedbyIKMultimediaasanupgrade,youmustbeproperlylicensedtouseaproductidenti-fiedbyIKMultimediaasbeingeligiblefortheupgradeinordertousetheIKMultimediaProduct.
AnIKMultimediaProductlabeledorotherwiseidentifiedbyIKMultimediaasanupgradereplacesand/orsupplementstheproductthatformedtheba-sisforyoureligibilityforsuchupgrade.YoumayusetheresultingupgradedproductonlyinaccordancewiththetermsofthisEULA.IftheIKMultimediaProductisanupgradeofacomponentofapackageofsoftwareprogramsthatyoulicensedasasingleproduct,theIKMultimediaProductmaybeusedandtransferredonlyaspartofthatsingleproductpackageandmaynotbeseparatedforuseonmorethanonecomputer.
6)DUAL-MEDIASOFTWARE
YoumayreceivetheIKMultimediaProductinmorethanonemedium.Youmaynotloan,rent,lease,orotherwisetransfertheothermediumtoanotheruser,exceptaspartofthepermanenttransfer(asprovidedabove)oftheIKMultimediaProduct.
7)LIMITEDWARRANTY
IKMultimediawarrantstotheoriginalpurchaserofthecomputersoftwareproduct,foraperiodofninety(90)daysfollowingthedateoforiginalpurchase,thatundernormaluse,thesoftwareprogramandtheuserdocumentationarefreefromdefectsthatwillmateriallyinterferewiththeoperationoftheprogramasdescribedintheencloseduserdocumentation.
8)WARRANTYCLAIMS

In fact, theamountof latencydependson several factors suchascomputerspeedandaudiointerfaceperformance.Decreasingthebuffersizevaluewillreducetheamountofsignaldelay,sothegoalistogetthelatencyaslowaspossiblewithoutgettinganyaudioartifacts.Asastartingpoint,a buffer size of 144 samples should be fine on most modern computers.However,consideringthateachsystemisdifferent;pleaseexperimentwithyoursettingsuntilyougetthebestresult.
2.2.3 Plug Your Guitar

Amps Reverb:
Real Spring: (enabled by defaultwhen AmpliTube 3 is set in Hi qualitymode).WhenthisisenabledAmplifierswithbuilt-inreverbwillusearealspringreverbmodel,directlytakenfromeachamplifiermodel.Thisisthemostrealisticoption,andeachAmplifierwillhaveitsownsignaturereverb.
